We have carefully selected and mix herbs and spices to make this healthy chicken seasoning with an accent of a flavor of West Central Africa. Because we care about health, the ingredients(just like all the ingredients we use in our mixes) underwent microbiological testing.  We have added neither salt nor bouillons.

This Healthy chicken seasoning is perfect for chicken wings, chicken legs, a whole chicken, or other chicken parts that you prefer. It can be used to cook chicken, turkey, quail, pheasant or duck, or just White Meat.

Ingredients:

Garlic, oregano, onion, leek, paprika, country onion, clove & aromatic herbs.

Country-onion is a condiment widely used in African cuisine. It is considered special because it gives a particular and distinct taste to any dish and enhances it. This spice is commonly used in West Africa and Central Africa to flavor soups and stews, it is also versatile enough to be used to enhance the flavor of not only meat dishes such as beef lamb, and chicken but also fish dishes.

Tip

Washing your chicken with lemon juice and marinating it for a couple of minutes is a great way to flavor and tenderize your chicken.

You can add a little bit of Penja white pepper to your chicken dish to make it much more delicious.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
