Article 2. The translation of our website is done by third-party software. We cannot take any responsibility for the inaccuracy of the translated information.
Article 3. Our spices, spicemix, herbs, and herbal teas are meant for specific use only, we are not responsible for any abuse.
Article 4. We do not claim to be qualified aromatherapists, herbal practitioners, or doctors and therefore cannot assist you in the use of our spices and herbs.
Article 5. When you place an order for products on our website, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order as we have then engaged in a legal contract between us. Your order will not be processed if you do not agree to all our terms and conditions.
Article 6. We accept Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the Netherlands, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.
Article 7. Any order on our website will be considered accepted when we have processed your payments. Until payment is confirmed we can cancel your order. We reserve the right to reject any order before dispatch.
Article 8. Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location. For packages heavier than 10kg please contact us before placing your order. We have a preference for the cheapest courier to keep the sending cost at the lowest possible level.
Article 9. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be canceled. Any packages returned to us, due to inability to make delivery, or incomplete address will have return shipping charges deducted at the full rate. Outgoing charges will also be deducted at the full rate (prior to any shipping discount applied based on the order value).
Article 10. Any product sends to you due to an error remains our property. If you receive any goods by mistake, that you never ordered, please contact us within 5 working days so we can collect them.
Article 11. Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original transaction. Refunds will have post and packing charges deducted. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material, and return postage fees.
Article 12. You may return only unopened goods. Within 5 working days of receipt and after inspection and acceptance, we will refund your payment. Note that we will not be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. To request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email or telephone.
Article 13. All the information and digital material contained on the website (articles, names, images, pictures, logos, and icons, etc…) are proprietary marks of SpiceMazing. Any use of these articles requires the prior written permission of SpiceMazing.
Article 14. On this site, you will be offered automatic links to other sites which we hope will be of interest. We do not hold any responsibility for the content of those sites, the owners of which do not necessarily have any link, commercial or otherwise, with us.
Article 15. It is your responsibility as a buyer to check your country’s regulations in terms of regulations, restrictions, prohibitions, and customs on goods you wish to purchase.
Article 16. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
Article 17. When accepting the terms and conditions by clicking on a checkbox you agree to receive a weekly or monthly digest of contents posted to our website and also to receive product information and offers from our website.
Article 18. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions when needed. It is your responsibility to review the information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.
