This outstanding mix is a healthy fish seasoning typically made of organic herbs and spices to make seasoning with an original taste, a subtle flavor of Africa, that enriches the flavor of fish.  We have added neither salt nor bouillons.

This seasoning gives your dishes an aroma that you will certainly love and probably never forget. Just try it.

This seasoning is perfect for almost all kinds of fish. My favorite fish is red tilapia. I usually slash the tilapia a couple of times on each side before rubbing in the seasoning so that the savor of the seasoning fills the flesh. You can also use it on trout, red snapper, cod, black tilapia, mackerel, and even salmon.

To use this healthy fish seasoning, simply mix approximately 1 teaspoon of seasoning with 2 tablespoons of oil; add a little bit of salt, if you wish, and apply it to the fish. You can let your fish marinate for 30 minutes or an hour and then fry it in a pan or grill it over medium heat.

Ingredients: garlic, onion, country-onion, akpi seed, African nutmeg, Aidan fruit, and aromatic herbs.

Akpi seed, country-onion, African Nutmeg, and Aidan fruit are condiments widely used in African cuisine. They are considered special because they give a particular and distinct taste to any dish and enhance it. These 4 spices mixed together are commonly used in West Africa to flavor fish dishes. Tip: you can add a little bit of our Penja white pepper to your fish to make it much more delicious.
